Unlike national companies, Blue Star does not have corporate mandated minimums. No Extra Fees
Blue Star does not charge any hidden fees or add-ons such as fuel surcharge or environmental fees. In other words, "your rent is your rent".

The Damage Waiver program offered by Blue Star is simple unlike the competition which requires a attorney just to understand it and once you do, you realize it does not pay for anything until you meet a certain level at most National corporations. At Blue Star we will split certain costs beginning with the first dollar 50/50 up to a maximum and most importantly, it’s entirely optional!
Blue Star offers a rental purchase option for customers who rent frequently. This option is performed by a simple addendum to the rental contract allowing a portion of the rental charges to be applied to the purchase at a later date and can be structured a variety of ways suited to the customers needs.
Blue Star offers inexpensive delivery service and on-site repair service. After hours service is also available. Blue Star provides free operator training with rental or purchase.
On January 1, 2004, Blue Star Rental & Sales, Inc. came into existence with the first store located at 1007 Belvedere-Clearwater Road in North Augusta. The N. Augusta store is just a couple of miles from the recently completed interstate loop around Augusta. With an off ramp ( exit 6 ) on Belvedere Clearwater road. The recently renovated facility has 10,000 square feet including a large customer showroom, full service department and easy access ramps for fast service. Blue Star Rental & Sales, Inc. has become the fastest growing equipment rental company in the Central Savannah River Area with a second store recently opened in Aiken, SC located at 3175 Whiskey Road just 1.3 miles south of the mall. This store has the largest equipment showroom of its kind in the CSRA. There are six customer loading bays for fast service and special Saturday hours for this location from 7:30 AM till 1:00 PM.
